Mike and Jeremy were great. Very efficient and willing to cater to my particular installation wants. Very clean and courteous during install, great communication. Would highly highly recommend!

Merit is a great company to deal with. They give you a window when they will be coming out and call you when they are on their way. They sent Jason out to do my yearly service on my two ductless A/C units. He checked them out, cleaned what needed to be cleaned and also checked the outside unit.

The Merit representative was very easy to work with and professional. The installation took 4 hours, which is what we were told up front. The unit looks great, is effective, and I can’t believe we waited so long to have it put in. The installers were also professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Merit.

James and Nick were super professional and remarkably clean! Left my house cleaner than when they came in. The install in perfect, they were early every day and worked diligently and carefully on our old house. They were conscientious, courteous, and very knowledgeable.
